Here at Scallywags Pet Salon we treat your pet like our own. Located in the Maitland region, we use Australian made shampoos that are environmentally friendly with no harmful chemicals used within the products. Our shampoos we use are PH balanced, phosphate and paraben free with natural ingredients. We do not want to be using anything that may cause skin irritations to your pets skin. We also have shampoos designed for pets with sensitive skin to reduce itchiness and redness e.g. grass allergies are very common. Our hydro bath is temperature controlled so that your pet will always have a nice warm bath even in those winter months. (just takes a little longer to heat up the colder it is)

We want your fur-child to be as happy and as comfortable throughout the entire groom. With having previous experience working within a salon environment and seeing how stressful some situations can be, taking the time needed on those who do not enjoy grooming and doing so in an environment there comfortable in will reduce stress levels and make your pooch much happier in having a pampered session.

As your fur-child is our number 1 priority.

Our groomer has several qualifications including veterinary nursing with knowledge of first aid in animal care, pet nutritional certificates and has recently undertook a diploma in dog training. With now almost 5 years experience in dog grooming.
